
4 oz Aloe Juice
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup Spinach (fresh frozen)
1/2 cup Kale (fresh frozen)
1/4 cup Apple Juice to be added if you feel the smoothie is too thick. I found that it was for my personal tastes. 2 servings, Rich Burgundy color.
